Checking-In/ Checking-Out
Check-in time is no earlier than 3.00 pm on day of arrival, unless permitted by prior agreement.
Check-out time is no later than 10.00 am on day of departure, unless permitted by prior agreement.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, it must be notified in writing, or by phone of a reservation cancellation, at least 30 days prior to rent date, if booking is made within a month, 60 days (prior to rent date) if booking is made in advance of three months and 90 days (prior to rent date) if booking is made in advance of 6 months).
If we received cancellation and unit is re-rented for entire canceled reservation period at no loss to Renter, Tenant’s payments will be refunded less a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the rental rate, in compensation of scheduled housekeeping, administrative costs, added re-advertising costs and rental processing fees.
If the property unit is not re-rented for entire canceled reservation period, the entire rental deposit is forfeited, in compensation of scheduled housekeeping, added re-advertising costs and rental processing fees.
If the rental unit is rented out to another party for the entire cancelled period, you will be informed as soon as replacement tenants are found, or within 3 working days before rent date (whichever occurs earlier) and your rental deposit will be returned to you, less the cancellation penalties.
If rental unit is not rented out for the cancelled period, your reservation is deemed a “no-show” and deposit will be rendered forfeit and you will also be informed within 3 days of original rent date.
